‘If God tells you to do something, you should be putting everything else aside and do what God has said to do!’ Pastor Dave Ward continues our look at Acts 10 v 1 - 33. ‘Being filled with the Holy Spirit IS the Gospel itself, the Holy Spirit is NOT an add on!’ We see in Acts so many significant conversions only made possible by the Holy Spirit and how in Chapter 10 unity can only be by the Holy Spirit as shown through Peter and Cornelius’ meeting.

Acts 10 ‘Paints a beautiful picture of unity in the Church’. AJ Durling continues our series in Acts looking at how unity in the church can be lived out and asking the question, ‘What can we do to stop ourselves falling into division and dispute?’.

‘If we take His (God’s) name lightly we are taking the most important name in the universe lightly!’ Declan Rogers speaks from specific verses in Exodus 20 and encourages us to read Deuteronomy 5 along side Exodus 20. Focusing on identity and authority Declan asks ‘Do we take the authority, we should be living in, lightly?’.

Looking at Acts 9 v 32 - 43 we are brought face to face with two incredible miracles and how Peter walking in the power of the Holy Spirit is not just part of the narrative but giving us instructions on how to walk in the same way - complete dependence on Jesus.

‘How we identify ourselves determines how we live our lives.’ Looking at Acts 9 v 20 - 31 Pastor Dave Ward senses a prophetic element important for us to take hold of today and continues looking at being ‘in Christ’. Will we choose truth over peace? and Who do you worship? being some of the questions challenging us to press deeper into our relationship with Jesus Christ.

‘To be in Christ is the thing that changes everything!’ ‘ Do you consider yourself a Christian or somebody who is in Christ?’ Pastor Dave Ward continues our series on Acts from chapter 9 v 1 -18 and looks at the conversion of Saul and how his encounter with the presence of Jesus blew apart his life and thinking.

Flowing in her prophetic gifting, Angela Ward shares a sense of what God is saying beginning with; ‘God is bringing a word that He is doing that is mightier then our smallness, He is moving in the nations and bringing a hunger back to His people for more of Him.’ She also balances these prophetic words with scripture and grounds them in Psalm 29 v 1 - 11.
